About the Role
• Build rapport with prospects and schedule free consultation appointments for the outside sales team. • Field inbound and outbound calls to engage and qualify interested customers. • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and present appropriate solutions. • Collaborate with sales teams to develop growth opportunities. • Attend weekly training sessions and participate in team‑building and mentorship activities.

What You Bring
• Proven experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance‑driven environment. • Previous roles in confirmation, appointment setting, or dispatch (preferred). • Familiarity with Five9, Microsoft Office, data entry, and CRM systems. • Availability to work weekends and strong technical aptitude. • High energy, persuasive communication style, attention to detail, and self‑motivation. • High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation includes an hourly base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first‑year earnings typically ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
