About the Role

The Security Associate role involves safeguarding the resort’s property and guests through regular inspections, incident investigations, and providing assistance to guests, owners, and team members. The position requires patrolling both interior and perimeter areas, maintaining accurate reports, and responding to emergencies with first aid and CPR as needed. • Perform periodic/random inspections of building and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents • Maintain inspection reports, advise management of deficiencies, and recommend remedial actions • Investigate security incidents, accidents, and hazards, preparing detailed reports with witness statements • Assist team members, guests, and owners per company guidelines • Deliver outstanding guest service: answer inquiries, direct traffic, provide directions, and solve problems • Patrol interior and perimeter to identify security and safety risks • Provide basic first aid and CPR when needed • Carry out reasonable requests from management • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, effective manner

What You Bring

Successful candidates must be able to patrol for 8‑9 hours, greet guests courteously, and have full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in hotel security, a military or law‑enforcement background, and current First Aid/CPR certifications are preferred, along with basic computer skills for incident reporting. • Ability to patrol property for 8‑9 hours continuously • Full, open availability for any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Proficient with computers and strong verbal/written communication for incident reporting • Prior security experience in hotel/hospitality industry • Military or law‑enforcement background • Current First Aid/CPR certification
