About the Role
• Facilitate employee onboarding, new hire coordination, and off‑boarding. • Maintain HRIS, employee files, and internal tools with accurate data. • Respond promptly to employee inquiries about onboarding, benefits, employment, and payroll. • Support HR and recruiting projects, including updating the applicant tracking system. • Assist with additional HR projects as assigned by HR Manager, GM, or Project President. • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 2 years of HR experience. • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred. • Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus. • Adaptable, able to pivot to new projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Exhibit a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication/interpersonal skills. • Collaborate effectively in a team and stay calm under high‑stress periods. • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. • Meet physical demands such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lb in varied weather conditions.
