• Design and maintain modern device management policies, GPO configurations, login scripts, and OS deployment via SCCM and Intune/Autopilot. • Develop and distribute complex application packages using SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit. • Lead change management activities and troubleshoot software/hardware issues on standard configurations. • Provide direct and indirect training, coaching, and leadership to team members.

What You Bring
The Endpoint Administrator II is a versatile role focused on process assessment, application deployment, development, and management of over 19,000 Windows, Mac, and mobile endpoints. Reporting to the Endpoint Systems Manager, the incumbent will operate Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune environments, handle application packaging, OSD development, and GPO maintenance, while working with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills are required for collaboration with team members and business contacts. This position is onsite five days a week. • Hold a BS in Computer Science/Information Systems (or Associate degree with 8 years IT experience). • Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) and 3 years with Microsoft Intune. • At least 3 years OS deployment via SCCM and 2 years provisioning via Intune. • 2 + years experience developing and maintaining GPOs and managing Windows patching (SCCM, WSUS, PatchMyPC). • Tier 2/3 support experience in an enterprise desktop environment. • Strong troubleshooting and solution development skills with a customer‑service attitude. • Microsoft Certified IT Professional; ITIL v3/4 Foundations certification preferred.

Base salary estimates vary by location: Oakland, CA $105k‑$115k; Los Angeles, CA $95k‑$105k; Dallas, TX $85k‑$95k, plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on experience.
