What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least one year of hospitality or customer‑service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Prior sales experience—ideally in a commission‑based environment—and strong communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills are required. A self‑motivated, competitive spirit and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are essential. • Enjoy interacting with guests and demonstrate eagerness for upward mobility. • Previous sales experience, preferably commission‑based. • Strong communication and teamwork abilities. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. • Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation skills. • At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • High school diploma, equivalent experience, or GED.
