About the Role

The role involves reviewing contracts, spotting errors, placing orders, entering data into Acumatica, processing work‑order changes, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining audit‑ready records while meeting productivity and quality goals. • Review sales contracts and spec sheets for material, charge, and scope accuracy. • Identify missing information or product errors and resolve with Pre‑site Techs and managers. • Prepare and submit vendor product orders with correct pricing and purchase orders. • Enter sales orders into Acumatica, generate POs, and maintain audit‑ready job files. • Process Work Order Changes promptly and distribute updates to production teams. • Track material deliveries, confirm costs, and address vendor delivery issues. • Communicate effectively with sales, production, and management teams. • Meet department productivity and quality targets while keeping thorough records. • Handle return‑to‑vendor requests and other assigned procurement duties.

What You Bring
