About the Role
The Office Manager provides comprehensive oversight of business operations within a division, supervising clerical and administrative staff across financial and operational functions. They work closely with the General Manager and Division Controller to ensure effective office operations and may support smaller units lacking dedicated supervisory resources. Key duties include coordinating, directing, and supervising office personnel, handling hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to meet service goals. The manager maintains facility needs such as supplies, mail, and building maintenance, and ensures records comply with regulatory and statutory requirements. The role also involves evaluating office production, reviewing performance results with local leadership, and recommending corrective actions when targets are missed. Responsibilities extend to budget preparation, ledger management, invoicing, monthly billing adjustments, and the development of compliant processes and policies. • Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. • Maintain facility operations, supplies, mail, and building maintenance. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and corporate policies. • Oversee budget preparation, ledger entries, invoicing, and monthly billing adjustments. • Develop and implement processes, procedures, and policies to improve office efficiency. • Resolve complex financial and operational issues, liaising with customers as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience, and five years of office management, operations, or finance experience, with proficiency in MS Office and company systems such as Lawson and InfoPro.
