About the Role
The FSM partners with Service Central to schedule technicians, provide training, and act as an escalation point for complex issues. They also build and grow client relationships, serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, and identify growth opportunities. Key responsibilities span safety audits, staffing and recruiting, employee development, service agreement execution, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. The role includes conducting a minimum of twelve safety audits annually, ensuring compliance with Local Law 196, coordinating recruiting and performance reviews, mentoring staff, monitoring service delivery budgets and risks, and handling client inquiries and escalations. • Perform at least 12 site and personnel safety audits yearly and ensure Local Law 196 compliance and PPE availability. • Coordinate with Branch Safety Manager for annual safety training and equipment provision. • Lead recruiting efforts, track open requisitions, and expand the team as needed. • Set yearly performance and development goals, conduct regular one‑on‑ones, mentorship, and performance reviews. • Conduct field audits, ride‑alongs, and quality checks; hold bi‑weekly huddles and quarterly team‑building events. • Ensure on‑time, on‑budget service delivery, act as primary contact for service operations, and monitor risks and performance data. • Prepare and present account status reports to clients and leadership, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. • Oversee daily activities of field technicians, coordinate internal resources and vendors, and resolve team or stakeholder conflicts. • Manage client inquiries, escalations, material orders, and maintain regular communication to drive satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

What You Bring
Qualifications include at least seven years of building industry experience, roughly three years in a front‑line field technical role, and two to four years of people/team leadership. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, solid knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve conflicts.

Benefits
The position is based in the United States with a compensation range of $112,000 to $168,000 per year, encompassing base salary and short‑term incentive. Pay within this range is set based on performance, skills, experience, and education.
