About the Role
In the role, representatives learn product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills while working closely with leadership and mentors to achieve sales milestones. They are expected to maintain a positive attitude, meet sales quotas, promote company products, negotiate contracts, deliver top-notch customer experiences, and work flexible schedules that may include evenings and weekends. • Participate in paid world-class training • Get pre-qualified leads and 2-3 appointments daily (no cold calling) • Work closely with leadership and mentors to meet milestones • Maintain a positive attitude to achieve sales quotas • Promote company products and services • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts • Deliver best-in-class customer experiences • Work flexible schedules including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays

What You Bring
Ideal candidates exhibit positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality, with prior experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, or B2C sales considered a plus.
