About the Role

The Finance Leader for Global Procurement acts as the Finance Business Partner for the Global Procurement Organization (GPO) and Business SCM teams, overseeing more than $12 billion in spend. This position resides within the newly created Operations Finance organization of the Supply Chain Finance team and works cross‑functionally to analyze data and uncover improvement opportunities across the procurement supply base, including profitability, cash flow, resiliency, lead times, and quality. The role partners with the GPO and Business teams to develop and implement category strategies for Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Logistics. It leads a team of senior finance analysts to deliver detailed strategies that align businesses around risk, opportunity, and performance, leveraging SCM tools such as should‑cost and total cost of ownership to drive accountability and action. Collaboration with GPO, Business SCM, and Project Management teams is required to manage the project pipeline and ensure financial commitments are met. The leader drives the annual Profit Plan, setting goals for Cost Out, Payment Terms, and Inflation Mitigation, and coordinates monthly actual‑versus‑forecast reviews focused on supplier and category cost out, payment term performance, and economic impacts. The finance leader creates and maintains actionable reporting on spend, cost out, supplier price increase requests, payment term progression, resiliency, and policy compliance at both business and category levels. Additionally, the role supports and partners with relevant teams to implement updates to policies, procedures, systems, and programs. • Partner with GPO and Business teams to create and execute category strategies for direct, indirect, and logistics materials. • Lead a senior finance analyst team to align businesses on risk, opportunities, and performance. • Utilize SCM tools like should‑cost and total cost of ownership to identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive accountability. • Manage the project pipeline and financial commitments in coordination with GPO, Business SCM, and Project Management. • Set and achieve annual Profit Plan targets, including Cost Out, Payment Terms, and Inflation Mitigation goals. • Conduct monthly actual vs. forecast reviews on supplier and category cost out, payment terms, and economic impacts. • Develop and maintain actionable reporting on spend, cost out, supplier price changes, payment term progression, resiliency, and policy compliance. • Support implementation and updates of policies, procedures, systems, and programs across the organization.

What You Bring

A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, with a minimum of seven years of progressive finance experience, preferably in finance business partnering for supply chain or procurement functions. Preferred qualifications include a finance or economics degree, an MBA, experience in a global manufacturing environment, strong analytical and continuous‑improvement skills, excellent communication and project‑management abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial business processes. • Require a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in supply chain or procurement finance. • Preferred education includes finance/economics degree and MBA; strong analytical, continuous‑improvement, communication, and project‑management skills are essential.
