About the Role
A Driver‑CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, provides prompt and courteous waste removal services, ensures the vehicle complies with the company’s safety standards, adheres to all state and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports. Key duties include performing pre‑ and post‑operation inspections of tires, fluids, safety equipment, and controls; reporting safety issues; following assigned routes and service sheets; loading, compacting, and disposing of waste at designated facilities; and interacting courteously with customers and dispatchers. The driver must tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for prohibited items, clean accidental spills according to safety policies, keep the truck clean, and complete route productivity sheets, VCRs, and other required reports while meeting productivity standards.

What You Bring
Strong customer service, time‑management, follow‑through, adherence to policies, a safety‑first mindset, and pride in work are essential for success in this role. The minimum qualification is a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement. Pay ranges from $21.35 to $29.37 per hour, depending on the locality.
