About the Role
• Complete all School Officer tasks. • Manage the school facility. • Oversee Service Delivery Partners to ensure compliance with standards, policies, processes, systems and instructions. • Ensure Zero Harm requirements are met throughout the facility. • Serve as first point of contact for the School Operator for queries. • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance.

What You Bring

A pre‑employment medical, driver’s licence, police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain one) are required. • Experience in handyman repairs, trades assistance, carpentry or a similar trade. • Ability to supervise project work or related disciplines. • Experience delivering FM services using subcontractors for reactive and planned maintenance. • Knowledge of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and the Australian Building Code. • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
