The company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its team at Verona Apartments in Henderson, NV. This role offers a new and exciting opportunity within a growing regional property management firm. The ideal candidate will be skilled in all trades and highly customer-service oriented. Responsibilities include cleaning grounds, offices and common areas, completing maintenance service requests, performing appliance repairs, painting, managing apartment turnovers, answering emergency calls, and other duties as needed. Candidates should have at least two years of maintenance experience in a 200-unit apartment setting and be proficient in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related trades. A strong customer-service attitude, flexibility, teamwork, reliable transportation, and willingness to work on-call rotations are required. Employees must also acknowledge the possibility of audio recordings during work. • Minimum 2 years apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property • Proficiency in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) • Strong customer-service attitude and flexibility • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Reliable transportation • Availability for on-call rotation
