Job Highlights
About the Role
The Land Surveyor will report to the Resident Engineer and Project Manager, joining the design and construction supervision team on major roadway projects that include new highways, interchanges and upgrades of existing roads. • Conduct precise land surveys for bridge and underpass projects throughout Dubai. • Utilize advanced surveying equipment and GPS technology to collect and analyze data. • Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and plans using specialized software. • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide essential survey information. • Ensure compliance with RTA standards and local regulations for all surveying activities. • Perform quality checks and verify the accuracy of survey data. • Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance. • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to land boundaries or elevations. • Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.

What You Bring
Preferred candidates have Middle East or UAE/Dubai experience, are RTA pre‑approved, and will work onsite in Dubai at the UBora Tower site under the Transportation business line of AECOM Middle East Limited. • Diploma in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field; Licensed Land Surveyor certification. • Minimum 8 years of land surveying experience, including bridge and underpass projects. • Proficiency with advanced surveying equipment, GPS technology, and specialized software. • Knowledge of RTA standards and local surveying regulations. • Preferred experience in the Middle East or UAE/Dubai; RTA pre‑approved.
