About the Role

In this role you will manage the entire recruiting process for high‑volume field positions, align hiring needs with managers, source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and outreach, and maintain active pipelines. You will also coordinate interviews, gather feedback, guide hiring decisions, ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience, keep accurate data in the ATS, and support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives. • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define hiring needs. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach. • Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet ongoing demand. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and guide hiring decisions. • Keep accurate candidate data in the ATS. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach initiatives.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment, strong communication and relationship‑building skills, and high organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort in a fast‑paced, results‑driven setting, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus), and a bachelor’s degree (preferred) are also required. • Deliver a consistent, timely, and professional candidate experience. • 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably high‑volume. • Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities. • Thrive in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms (Ashby a plus). • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
