About the Role
The engineer will perform site development engineering and project management tasks across a variety of land development projects. Candidates must have at least two years of experience with a civil engineering design firm, a B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university, and an Engineer‑In‑Training or Engineering Intern certification (or be able to obtain one within 12 months). Required skills include proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, as well as a proactive, detail‑oriented work ethic. • 2+ years experience at a civil engineering design firm. • ABET‑accredited B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering. • EIT or Engineering Intern certification (or obtain within 12 months). • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D. • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Demonstrated urgency, self‑initiative, and detail‑orientation.
