About the Role

What You Bring
The Shop Mechanic works at various locations and may be required to travel to another state depending on customer demands. Candidates must be able to perform rigorous physical labor, have 1‑5 years of experience, hold or obtain a Commercial Driver’s License, and own general tools. They should be competent in hydraulics, diesel/gas engines, chassis and suspension, welding/metal fabrication, and small tool repair, as well as use computers for diagnostics, inventory management, and work orders. Certifications such as ASE, Ford/International, Altec/Telelect, and hydraulic maintenance are beneficial. The position requires the ability to work extended periods at various locations, lift over 50 lb, and be willing to work overtime. Desired competencies include self‑motivation, teamwork, and customer orientation, along with strict adherence to company safety rules and policies. • Possess 1–5 years of relevant experience and a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). • Own a full set of general tools and work with hydraulics, diesel/gas engines, chassis, welding, and small tool repair. • Hold certifications such as ASE, Ford/International, Altec/Telelect, or hydraulic maintenance (preferred). • Able to lift over 50 lb, work extended periods at various locations, and accept overtime. • Demonstrate self‑motivation, teamwork, and customer focus while adhering to safety policies.
