About the Role

Job Summary: Safely operate a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, perform all assigned duties, and complete documentation at the end of each route. This position has no supervisory responsibilities. • Operate the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations while keeping it clean and safe. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip DVIR inspections and promptly report any issues for corrective action. • Immediately report unsafe situations, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to the Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Participate in all scheduled training, briefings, and meetings as required. • Collaborate with Operations Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow dispatch instructions for duties. • Communicate customer requests or issues to Dispatch or the Operations Manager. • Dump containers, clean the site, reposition containers safely, and ensure lids are properly replaced. • Complete and submit customer tickets when excess yardage removal is needed. • Follow assigned routes, check‑in at the end of the day, and complete all required documentation. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and a stock purchase program.

Qualifications: No formal education or prior experience is required, but a Commercial Driver’s License (Class B) and a minimum age of 18 are mandatory. Applicants must pass a pre‑employment DOT drug screen, physical, background check, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
