• Work under the guidance and direct supervision of senior BIM specialists and engineers on routine assignments for projects in various design and construction phases. • Connect with recent college graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs. • Perform assignments under the direct supervision of your Section Manager or other professionals.

What You Bring
• Complete at least 1 year toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA. • Demonstrate knowledge of software packages (e.g., Revit) related to the field of study/industry. • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. • Basic Microsoft Office skills.
