QC Inspector I - Night Shift Only
Conduct dimensional and NDE inspections, including PT, on ASME pressure-welded parts night shift.

About the Role
The role focuses on inspecting ASME pressure‑welded parts, pipes, and bellows, with a work environment that is 90‑95% shop/yard and 5‑10% office, exposing the inspector to industrial machinery, welding, and grinding. Overtime and half‑day Saturday availability are required. • Perform visual and dimensional inspections of ASME pressure‑welded parts, pipes, and bellows. • Read and interpret English blueprints and technical documents. • Work primarily in a shop/yard environment (90‑95%) with some office duties. • Adhere to the company’s highest safety standards.

What You Bring
The incumbent will perform visual and dimensional inspections, as well as Penetrant Testing on welds, while ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining professional written and verbal communication. Warehouse and manufacturing experience is preferred, and candidates must be able to read English blueprints. • Conduct Penetrant Testing (PT) on welds; experience with UT, RT, MT, PMI preferred. • Minimum two years of experience as a Quality Inspector. • Background as a fitter, welder, or fabricator advantageous. • Knowledge of ASME and AWS codes, welding, fabrication, and inspection processes. • Communicate clearly in both written and verbal form. • Ability to work overtime and half‑day Saturdays; night‑shift schedule.
