About the Role

The role serves as the CAD/CAFM System & Audit Coordinator, leading the transformational launch and delivery of a large‑scale Occupancy Planning Audit Program. As a trusted advisor to the client, Global OPM Lead, and Account Director, you will ensure successful program implementation by applying best practices, industry insight, and thought leadership. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include establishing and managing detailed audit project plans, directly managing a team of CAD/CAFM Analysts, and collecting and tracking drawing, space, and occupancy updates via ServiceNow for Archibus updates. You will enforce data‑quality processes, conduct space audit procedures, act as the single point of contact for audit questions, and foster critical relationships across JLL businesses while producing accurate planning reports for corporate real‑estate decisions. • Lead the launch and delivery of a large‑scale Occupancy Planning Audit Program as CAD/CAFM System & Audit Coordinator. • Develop and manage detailed audit project plans aligned with program goals. • Directly supervise a team of CAD/CAFM Analysts, providing training, mentoring, and role placement. • Collect and update drawing, space, and occupancy data via ServiceNow and distribute to analysts for Archibus updates. • Implement data‑quality processes to maintain accurate space data and audit outcomes. • Conduct space audit procedures to verify assignments, types, and architectural layouts. • Serve as the single point of contact for audit inquiries, participating in office hours and training sessions. • Advise clients, Global OPM Lead, and Account Director on audit strategy and execution. • Build and maintain cross‑functional relationships across JLL businesses to ensure coordination and cultural alignment. • Produce planning reports that support corporate real‑estate decisions through data analysis and storytelling. • Developed and delivered comprehensive training programs for diverse teams.

What You Bring

Required qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field, and 7‑15 years of corporate experience. The ideal candidate has strategic experience in space/occupancy planning and data management, strong communication and presentation skills, advanced Excel abilities, and proven project structuring, staffing, and management capabilities. Preferred qualifications include a background leading large‑scale audit or transformation initiatives, advanced experience with Archibus, ServiceNow, or similar CAFM platforms, and a track record of developing comprehensive training programs. Additional assets are advanced analytical skills with data‑visualization tools, experience serving as a trusted advisor to executives, and professional certifications such as PMP or FMP. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field. • Possess 7–15 years of corporate experience with expertise in space/occupancy planning and data management. • Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and active‑listening skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite. • Experienced in structuring, staffing, and managing projects to meet timelines and outcomes. • Proven track record leading large‑scale audit or transformation initiatives. • Advanced experience with Archibus, ServiceNow, or similar CAFM platforms. • Advanced analytical abilities with data‑visualization or business‑intelligence tools. • Professional certifications such as PMP or FMP.

The position offers an estimated compensation range of $143,000–$149,600 per year, is remote with locations in Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; and New York, NY, and does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
