About the Role
• Perform routine and ad‑hoc janitorial duties to support on‑site personnel and meet contract conditions. • Carry out planned janitorial maintenance according to schedules and procedures, and handle property maintenance within competence. • Supervise, develop and monitor cleaning staff to maintain standards per contract and quality procedures. • Maintain safe and efficient operation of the school’s energy systems in line with contract conditions. • Provide support to other sites as directed by the Lead Janitor or Facilities Manager.

What You Bring
• Awareness of Health & Safety issues and safe working methods. • Knowledge of COSHH regulations. • Ability to pass a DBS/Disclosure Check before starting.
