Load and audit millwork orders for transport during 10am-6:30pm shift
Job Highlights
About the Role
Key duties involve picking and auditing orders from sheets, loading materials onto bulk or route trucks, documenting what is loaded for delivery, and learning the functions of each warehouse department to gather products efficiently while maintaining quality control standards. • Work the 10 AM–6:30 PM shift, with overtime if orders are not completed. • Arrive on time and remain flexible for various work assignments. • Read, write, and accurately use a tape measure. • Load windows, doors, mouldings, and other building supplies onto trucks. • Pick, audit, and document orders using order sheets. • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and maintain quality control. • Lift and load items weighing up to 75 lb, stand for long periods, bend, and reach overhead. • Continuously increase knowledge of millwork products and the business.

What You Bring
The role requires punctuality, adherence to safety protocols—including wearing safety glasses—and the ability to read, write, and use a tape measure. Overtime may be required if orders are not completed, and occasional Saturday work may be needed; millwork experience is a plus. Physical demands include lifting and loading items up to 75 lb, standing for long periods, bending, and reaching overhead. The loader must work under deadline pressure, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and strive to increase knowledge of the product and the millwork business. • Wear required PPE (safety glasses) and follow all safety regulations. • Adapt to different warehouse departments to gather necessary products.
