About the Role
Job Summary: Safely operate a heavy‑duty truck to perform assigned duties on designated routes. Essential duties include operating the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations; conducting pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using the Driver Vehicle Inspection Report; reporting unsafe situations, incidents, or service calls to the Operations Manager or Dispatch; communicating customer requests, positioning containers correctly, and leaving sites clean; following route assignments, completing required documentation, and assisting other drivers as directed. Driver/Operators are expected to operate vehicles and equipment in a safe and reliable manner. • Operate heavy‑duty truck safely on designated routes, complying with OSHA, DOT, and company standards. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch. • Communicate customer requests, position containers properly, and ensure sites are left clean. • Follow route assignments, complete documentation, and assist fellow drivers as directed.

What You Bring
Qualifications: No education or prior work experience is required, but a current state‑issued standard driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory. Real ID: Candidates must possess a REAL ID or an acceptable TSA‑approved alternative, as the position may require air travel or access to federal property.
