Machine Operator I
Operate machines to assemble doors, inspect, load, and perform repairs.

About the Role
• Perform pre‑operation machine inspection and load screws and hinges. • Sort and push door stacks down conveyor tracks. • Use a mallet to loosen doors, load hinge machine with bifold panels, and ensure hardware is aligned correctly before push off. • Remove cullboards, change bits, restock rails, and assist as needed. • Direct rejected doors to repair and handle remake requests. • Apply LOTO certification and use an air gun during clean‑up. • Use a tape measure and caliper. • Use hand and power tools. • Perform small repairs on doors.

What You Bring
• Lift up to 50 lb and perform bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, and prolonged standing. • Preferably one year experience in a manufacturing setting in a similar role. • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen. • Operate a computer. • Demonstrate basic reading and writing skills. • Perform calculations with fractions, decimals, and whole numbers; strong math ability required. • Read, follow, and understand work instructions.
