About the Role
In this hands‑on role you will deliver end‑to‑end CI projects, from identifying opportunities and building business cases through implementation, benefits validation and post‑go‑live sustainability. Your work will span the full value chain, applying DMAIC, A3, VSM and PDCA methods to generate measurable gains in cost, efficiency, quality and customer experience. • Lead multiple continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma Green Belt standards. • Facilitate value‑stream mapping, Kaizen events, root‑cause analysis and process discovery workshops. • Analyse operational data and partner with Finance to validate OPEX savings and efficiency gains. • Redesign end‑to‑end processes, develop standard work, controls and KPIs to sustain improvements. • Engage cross‑functional stakeholders to align priorities, decisions and delivery plans. • Identify automation and digitisation opportunities in collaboration with RPA and DTS teams. • Produce clear governance updates, monitor benefits and ensure sustainable handover. • Work on cross‑functional projects impacting cost, efficiency and customer outcomes.

What You Bring
We are looking for someone who consistently quantifies impact, thinks in systems, simplifies complexity and engages stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, has 3–5+ years of experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence, strong analytical skills, and confidence facilitating workshops such as VSM, RCA and 5 Whys. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. • 3–5+ years experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence or business transformation. • Proven end‑to‑end delivery of structured CI projects with validated financial benefits. • Strong analytical capability with Excel or BI tools. • Confident workshop facilitator (VSM, RCA, SIPOC, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
