About the Role
In this role you will help maintain a safe and secure environment on a 24‑hour, 365‑day basis, overseeing access control, monitoring security systems, and conducting searches while responding to incidents and maintaining order on site. • Conduct internal, external and perimeter foot patrols of buildings and site infrastructure. • Monitor and operate CCTV, alarm and automated access control systems. • Control vehicle and pedestrian access at entry points, performing searches as needed. • Observe, investigate and report signs of crime, disorder or suspicious incidents. • Produce accurate written records and detailed incident reports. • Work flexible 24/7 shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. • Remain calm under pressure.

What You Bring

A Security Check clearance is required for this role; Rolls‑Royce will support the application, and candidates must be UK nationals or, where approved by the MoD, dual nationals. • Hold a full UK driving licence. • Achieve SIA licensing (training provided). • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. • Prior security or control‑room experience is desirable.
