About the Role

The incumbent will lead complex acquisitions and projects, provide systems‑engineering integration support including readiness, testing, verification and validation, and implement technical, organizational and logistical strategies. They will employ modern technologies, SE&I methods, lifecycle management, budgeting, configuration control, project planning and analytics while collaborating with technical, managerial, financial and administrative customers. Working with senior and junior personnel across multiple contractors, the manager will communicate clear directions, apply Agile principles to a government/contractor software team, coordinate mission‑partner partnerships to identify capability gaps, and automate workflows. They will capture stakeholder requirements and deliver regular development status updates. • Lead complex acquisitions, projects, and activities. • Provide systems‑engineering integration support (readiness, testing, V&V) to ensure end‑to‑end completion. • Implement technical, organizational, and logistical strategies across the project lifecycle. • Utilize modern technologies, SE&I methodologies, budgeting, configuration management and analytics. • Collaborate with technical, managerial, financial and administrative customers. • Partner with senior and junior personnel in a multi‑disciplinary, multi‑contractor environment. • Communicate clear directions and maintain effective team communication. • Apply Agile principles to manage government/contractor software development teams. • Coordinate partnerships with mission partners to identify capability gaps and project opportunities. • Identify and automate workflow processes. • Capture stakeholder requirements and provide development status updates. • Deliver new capabilities using Agile methodologies and conduct gap analysis.

What You Bring

Candidates need a technical degree (10‑12 years with a BS/BA, 8‑10 years with an MS/MA, or 5‑7 years with a PhD) and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Experience with SIGINT systems, intelligence‑community customers, mission‑partner management, Agile delivery of new capabilities, requirement gap analysis, strong communication, multitasking across multiple projects, and solid analytical/problem‑solving skills are essential. • Hold a technical degree with 5‑12 years relevant experience (BS/BA, MS/MA, or PhD). • Possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. • Demonstrate experience with SIGINT systems and intelligence‑community missions. • Exhibit strong communication, multitasking, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
