About the Role

The HR Operations position supports workforce administration by handling processes such as onboarding, terminations, employment changes, and verification, while collaborating with managers and HR business partners. It also ensures employee data is accurately maintained in HR systems and that transactions meet defined KPIs and compliance standards. Additionally, the role manages purchase requisitions and orders in accordance with procurement policies and works to improve HR processes for better service delivery. The employee will use tools like ServiceNow and Workday to resolve HRIS issues. • Execute HR transactions for onboarding, separations, and employment changes, securing necessary approvals. • Keep employee records current in HRIS platforms (ServiceNow, Workday) and ensure data integrity. • Achieve transaction KPIs while adhering to the Case Management Framework and SOX requirements. • Review and validate purchase requisitions, then generate compliant purchase orders. • Identify and apply process improvement opportunities within HR operations. • Resolve HRIS inquiries and broader system issues using ServiceNow and Workday.

What You Bring

Candidates should have two to five years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a shared‑services setting, and a minimum of two to three years of hands‑on experience with Workday. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and flexibility to cover shifts supporting U.S. operations are required. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills are essential for interacting with internal stakeholders. • Hold 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared‑services environment. • Possess at least 2–3 years of hands‑on Workday expertise. • Demonstrate teamwork and flexibility to support U.S. shift coverage.
