About the Role
The Administrator will manage complex business operations, including calendar coordination, travel planning, email and call handling, expense tracking, and preparation of confidential reports. They will also provide personal support to the broker, oversee community and industry activities, and collaborate with PR and marketing teams to maintain the broker’s public persona. • Assist Executive Broker with managing complex business operations, ensuring seamless administrative, financial, and operational activities. • Organize, prioritize, and anticipate critical issues for the Executive Broker, clients, and business. • Manage and coordinate intricate calendar activities, meetings, luncheons, and travel arrangements while resolving scheduling conflicts. • Handle email correspondence, including replying, printing attachments, following up on actions, and filing appropriately. • Screen and answer incoming calls for the Executive Broker’s office. • Track broker expenses, charitable contributions, payments, and allowances. • Support community and industry events, and prepare confidential reports and proposals. • Maintain up‑to‑date staff education, credentials, and licensing records. • Greet and direct visitors, and provide personal support such as managing personal calendar, family appointments, and travel. • Assist with public relations, brand management, media interactions, and content development in collaboration with PR/marketing. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, media, industry professionals, and stakeholders to maximize broker exposure. • Manage sponsorship and donation approvals, ensuring compliance. • Coordinate key appointments, speech writing, board engagement deliverables, and broker team events.

What You Bring
Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Midtown office is looking for an experienced C‑suite Executive Administrator to support a top commercial Executive Broker. The role involves handling administrative and strategic initiatives that facilitate real‑estate transactions and enhance broker productivity. • Minimum 5 + years of executive administrative experience supporting C‑suite professionals, preferably in real estate. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Highly organized, logical thinker with strong attention to detail. • Friendly, personable demeanor and strong work ethic. • Technologically proficient with Outlook, MS Office, Workday, Teams, etc.

Benefits
