About the Role
• Provide technical support for cloud‑based and on‑premises environments. • Resolve IT‑related issues promptly and effectively. • Use IT troubleshooting methods, JIRA or ServiceNow ticketing, and follow customer service best practices. • Deliver incident resolution, remote desktop support, and end‑user assistance. • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets, provision enterprise devices, and maintain IT asset tracking. • Support Microsoft Windows, macOS, and cloud‑based IT tools. • Manage and prioritize complex project tasks.

What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting Help Desk Representatives. Strong capabilities in providing technical support for cloud-based and on-premises environments and ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues are required. The Help Desk Representative will be based remotely and support US Southern Command. US citizenship and the ability to pass a basic background check for access to US military bases are required; a US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred but not required. While no clearance is required for this position, an active US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, and those who accept a conditional offer may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or 3 years equivalent IT support experience. • Possess CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification (preferred). • Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish (preferred). • Experience with government IT programs and environments (preferred). • Active US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred (none required).
