About the Role

The primary responsibility is to manage the CP&O competency base, maintaining registers of SOPs, policies, training materials and the process organization directory. You will establish a regular review process, ensure central availability of source and published documents, and monitor adherence to the document‑control framework in partnership with CP&O Opex & CI. Additional duties include maintaining the CP&O controlling policy FARM page, publishing policies and news, linking competency content to AI platforms, and driving internal improvement projects. You will work with GCOs and HR to implement the CP&O skill matrix, oversee SNOW ticket dispatch, administer ERP CO and SNOW funnel processes, and coordinate release‑change training with process owners and the Digital Core CoE. Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and upholding Hitachi Energy’s safety and integrity values are also required. • Manage and regularly review the CP&O competency base, including SOPs, policies, trainings, and process directories. • Maintain the CP&O controlling policy FARM page and publish related policies, events, and news. • Link competency documents to AI platforms and lead internal improvement projects. • Implement and drive the CP&O skill matrix and training plans in partnership with GCOs and HR. • Dispatch and assign CP&O ServiceNow tickets, and oversee ERP CO and SNOW funnel processes. • Coordinate release‑change training with process owners, lead experts, and the Digital Core CoE. • Ensure compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations and uphold safety and integrity values.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a technical field, and possess at least five years of experience in accounting, finance or controlling, including hands‑on S/4 HANA controlling. A project‑management certification, strong process knowledge, experience in document control, and the ability to manage internal projects are essential. Excellent communication, change‑management, stakeholder‑engagement skills, proficiency with AI tools, and fluency in spoken and written English are also required. • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a technical discipline. • Possess 5+ years of accounting, finance or controlling experience, including S/4 HANA controlling expertise. • Hold a project‑management certification and demonstrate strong process and document‑control knowledge. • Exhibit excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and change‑management abilities. • Proficient in using AI tools and fluent in spoken and written English.
