About the Role
As a Plumber you will ensure client facilities remain safe and compliant by performing planned preventative maintenance, undertaking tank replacements and repairs, conducting water sampling and temperature monitoring, and responding to reactive maintenance tasks. You will also install, repair and maintain fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications and remove dead legs while keeping accurate records and adhering to health and safety regulations. • Perform planned preventative maintenance on plumbing systems • Replace tanks and carry out plumbing repairs in commercial and domestic settings • Conduct water sampling and temperature monitoring • Respond to reactive maintenance, diagnose and resolve issues • Install, repair and maintain fixtures, TMVs, pipework modifications, and remove dead legs • Maintain accurate records and follow health & safety regulations

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) and preferably a G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification, with proven experience in commercial plumbing and water hygiene tasks. Experience in building services, facilities management or environmental consultancy is advantageous, and a full UK driving licence is essential. • Hold City & Guilds Level 2 Plumbing (or equivalent) and preferably G3 Unvented Hot Water Systems certification • Demonstrated experience in commercial plumbing and water hygiene; building services or facilities management experience is a plus • Possess a full UK driving licence
