About the Role

The Advisory Digital Enablement Lead for the Americas defines and delivers technology training programs that promote adoption of Investor and Occupier digital products. As part of the Digital Enablement & Training Center of Excellence, the role designs role‑based learning, creates high‑quality training content, and leads instructor‑led enablement across the region. The lead works closely with Advisory business leadership, Product, Digital Support, and Learning & Development teams to translate complex product workflows into practical learning experiences that accelerate onboarding, adoption, and productivity. • Build and maintain the Americas technology training strategy for advisory products, creating role‑based, tiered learning journeys. • Design and update high‑quality learning assets such as presentations, e‑learning modules, videos, guides, and job aids. • Deliver engaging virtual and in‑person instructor‑led training, office hours, user forums, and train‑the‑trainer programs across the region. • Partner with product, digital support, advisory leads, and TDS to align onboarding, messaging, and enablement priorities for releases. • Define and track KPIs, analyze adoption dashboards, and gather user feedback to continuously improve curriculum and delivery. • Lead structured, tiered broker onboarding journeys, develop role‑specific learning paths, and support change‑management communications.

What You Bring

• Required: 5+ years in training, enablement, instructional design, or technology/product training, with experience supporting Salesforce CRM and sales tools. • Strong facilitation, communication, and ability to simplify complex workflows for business and technical audiences. • Preferred: experience delivering large‑scale technology rollouts and certifications in instructional design, adult learning, or change management. • Success measured by increased adoption of digital products, improved onboarding quality, reduced support tickets, and consistent regional enablement.
