What You Bring
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk who will ensure every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable from arrival through departure. • Proficient English language • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines • Minimum six months customer service experience • Preferred: front desk/guest services agent experience • Preferred: credit card transaction experience • Preferred: resort hospitality or related industry background
