About the Role

• Define and execute a performance‑marketing vision for auctions using data, audience insights and technology. • Continuously optimise multi‑channel campaigns to maximise ROI and auction listing effectiveness. • Implement automated communications, triggered campaigns and scalable delivery processes. • Leverage data to inform targeting, bidding strategies and personalisation. • Conduct rigorous testing, performance analysis and identify growth opportunities. • Partner with leadership, product managers and analytics teams to align initiatives and drive innovation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Minimum 5 years of performance‑marketing experience, preferably in a marketplace environment. • Deep technical knowledge of marketing automation, programmatic buying and personalisation. • Proven ability to manage large‑scale campaigns and budgets with measurable results. • Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making. • Experience defining and executing long‑term performance strategies in auction or listing optimisation. • Expertise with marketing‑tech stacks, automation platforms and predictive analytics. • Ability to synthesise large datasets into actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leadership. • Track record of driving transformation and implementing scalable processes.
