About the Role

The Restoration Lead works as part of a team to provide emergency services and contents restoration, adhering to company policies, EPA, OSHA, and local safety and hazardous material regulations. The role requires availability for after‑hours and weekend emergency response. • Perform content restoration in residential and commercial properties • Conduct cleanup labor, pack customer contents, clean on‑site, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization • Assist with inventory, set up emergency equipment, prepare and lift contents for storage • Follow safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site‑specific safety plans while wearing protective gear • Operate routine tools and equipment • Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment • Maintain warehouse, stock supplies, and perform building maintenance • Work at heights using ladders and scaffolding • Perform hazardous waste operations

What You Bring

Technical skills include the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals, and to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages. These calculations support accurate measurement and documentation during restoration work. Effective communication involves reading and interpreting safety rules, operation manuals, and procedures, writing routine reports and correspondence, and speaking confidently to customers and employees. The work environment is often dirty, dusty, noisy, and may involve hazardous substances, uneven surfaces, extreme weather, and the use of personal protective equipment. Frequent travel is required, and reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities. The position demands good physical health, meeting OSHA HAZWOPER medical clearance, wearing full or half‑face respirators, working in confined spaces, and regularly lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to follow directions, good communication skills, and a commitment to safety policies. Legal eligibility to work in the United States is required, and bilingual English/Spanish ability is encouraged. • High school diploma or equivalent • 2–4 years construction experience on water/fire damage jobs, including environmental and hazardous waste work • Valid environmental physical for respirator use • OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification • Current state driver’s license • Forklift operator certification • Construction industry experience preferred • IICRC Water Restoration certification a plus • Heavy equipment operation and maintenance experience a plus
