About the Role
The Carpenter Helper assists with constructing, erecting, stripping, and/or repairing structures of steel, wood or plywood using carpenter's hand and power tools in accordance with construction documents. The role may involve exposure to various duties and may specialize in one or more areas. • Helps install footing forms • Helps build and install structural deck forms • Helps set slab-on-grade forms • Helps prep and set tilt-up/precast forms • Ensures a safe work environment • Participates in training/certifications
