About the Role

The Executive Administrative Assistant reports to the President and serves as a subject‑matter expert for the Executive Leadership Team. In this role you will support the executive team by managing information flow, developing action plans, and facilitating communication across the organization. • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for executives. • Prioritize competing demands and make judgment calls to empower strategic decisions. • Act as liaison between the executive team and internal/external partners, leveraging networks. • Plan, schedule, and execute meetings, ensuring all preparations are complete. • Manage and filter incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding appropriately. • Edit, proof, format, and produce documents using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools. • Arrange travel, create detailed itineraries, and handle logistics aligned with executive preferences. • Process expense reports for supported executives. • Anticipate evolving priorities, multitask, and adapt proactively with minimal supervision.

What You Bring

We require at least five years of administrative or business support experience, preferably supporting C‑suite leaders. The ideal candidate demonstrates self‑leadership, strong problem‑solving abilities, exceptional organization, and the capacity to manage confidential information with meticulous attention to detail.
