About the Role

The Global Advisory Lead will oversee the development and integration of more than 500 Advisory professionals located in India, Colombia, Mexico, Manila, and Romania. The role ensures alignment, cohesion, and high‑performance delivery across WSP’s global Advisory network while establishing the optimal GCC Advisory operating model that balances centralized and regional capabilities. Working closely with the Global Director, Advisory and regional leadership, the incumbent will build trusted relationships with global and regional leaders to align priorities and execute the GCC strategy. Core responsibilities include leading transformational change, strengthening delivery capability, and driving measurable business outcomes across regions. The leader will design a compelling employee value proposition, foster engagement, and develop recognition and reward mechanisms to attract and retain world‑class talent. Additionally, they will create centres of excellence such as Economics Advisory and Digital Advisory, drive digital enablement initiatives, and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities. The mission is to position the GCC as a global enabler of Advisory excellence, ensuring sustainable growth and enhancing WSP’s competitive advantage through integration, innovation, and people empowerment. This includes translating market insights into scalable growth initiatives, developing data‑driven strategies, and strengthening the GCC’s brand visibility. • Lead and integrate 500+ Advisory professionals across India, Colombia, Mexico, Manila, and Romania. • Define and implement the GCC Advisory operating model balancing central and regional capabilities. • Build trusted relationships with global and regional leaders to align on strategy and execution. • Drive transformational change to enhance delivery capability, integration, and performance. • Translate market insights into scalable initiatives that grow utilization and strategic value. • Develop data‑driven strategies and benchmarking frameworks for efficiency and resource allocation. • Elevate the Global Advisory GCC brand through internal communications and external positioning. • Design employee value proposition, engagement programs, and recognition/reward systems to attract top talent. • Establish centres of excellence such as Economics Advisory and Digital Advisory and lead digital enablement.
