About the Role

The Counter Sales Associate role centers on delivering exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call patrons. The associate processes orders, provides quotes, enters orders into the system, pulls orders when required, and conveys product features, benefits, and warranty policies. In addition, the associate leverages product knowledge to give technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer problems, while identifying related products and promotions to upsell. Other duties are assigned as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers. • Process, quote, and enter orders into the system and pull orders as required. • Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information. • Offer technical advice, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer product problems. • Identify related products, extensions, and promotions to upsell customers.

What You Bring
