About the Role
• Interface professionally with building customers and contractors. • Program and install BAS and DDC control systems. • Perform scheduled maintenance on BAS components, controllers and devices. • Respond to emergency, on‑site and remote service calls. • Troubleshoot and repair control systems and connected equipment. • Back up controller programs and BAS servers. • Document services and manage work orders using maintenance software. • Single‑site assignment providing stable daily location.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years experience installing and programming BAS/DDC systems. • High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred. • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office. • Experience with testing and balancing, fume hoods, or TEL/Triatek/Metasys controls preferred.
