About the Role
The senior designer will be responsible for designing advanced graphics and multimedia for high‑stakes proposals, partnering with proposal and capture managers, developing custom presentations, and producing branded documents for print and digital formats. Additional duties include creating illustrations, providing technical support for presentations, processing edits, ensuring quality standards, and contributing to marketing best‑practice teams. • Design advanced graphics and multimedia for high‑stakes proposals and statements of qualifications. • Collaborate with proposal and capture managers to align visual content with pursuit strategies. • Develop custom presentations, storyboard concepts, and visual themes for client interviews. • Produce branded print and digital documents using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. • Create custom illustrations, diagrams, and photorealistic graphics to convey technical information. • Provide technical support for presentations, video conferences, and story‑boarding sessions. • Process feedback and edits, working with subject‑matter experts to finalize graphics. • Ensure adherence to quality‑assurance standards and maintain consistency across materials. • Contribute design best practices and assist in developing marketing templates. • Adopt new design tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity. • Participate in marketing best‑practice teams and graphics roundtables, offering and applying feedback. • Oversee finalization, packaging, and shipping of completed documents for production.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and four years of graphic design experience, expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, interactive PDFs, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office, and a strong grasp of design and marketing best practices. Preferred candidates bring six or more years of experience, knowledge of the architecture/engineering industry, and familiarity with AECOM’s business lines.

Benefits
This position does not include sponsorship or relocation assistance, and compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually.
