About the Role

The Common Area Attendant is tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces, the lobby, and pool areas, while also managing inventory and upholding a positive brand image. • Clean public areas (stairwells, railings, walkways, trash rooms) and maintain all trash bins per efficiency and quality standards • Maintain outstanding cleanliness of the lobby and glass doors, keeping the work area clean • Collect and replenish pool towels, track inventory, stock towels, and remove dirty towels
