About the Role

• Complete interior and exterior painting projects using proper techniques and materials • Install and hang various wall coverings according to specifications • Hang, finish, and repair drywall and plaster surfaces • Estimate project requirements and order appropriate materials • Install tile work and replace ceiling and carpet tiles as needed • Perform carpentry repairs and installations • Travel between multiple job sites using a personal vehicle • Perform overhead work while balancing on ladders

The mobile maintenance technician role requires a versatile skill set across painting, carpentry, drywall, and finishing work. The technician will travel to multiple residential and commercial sites, estimate material needs, and adapt techniques to deliver quality results in a variety of environments. Estimated compensation ranges from $66,560 to $74,880 per year, with final offers based on qualifications and market factors.
