About the Role
The Director of Product Management – Data Center Technology & Robotics will lead strategy and execution for JLL Technologies' expanding data‑center portfolio and emerging robotics initiatives within the Workplace Management division. This senior, hands‑on role requires deep expertise in data‑center infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, and automation to influence product decisions across the technology stack. In this role you will shape JLL's technology leadership for global data‑center operations while pioneering robotics and automation solutions that define the future of workplace management. The position is remote (based in Sacramento, CA) with an estimated total compensation range of $167,400 – $205,100 per year. • Define strategy and roadmap for the data‑center technology stack, covering infrastructure automation, DCIM/BMS/NOC systems, and intelligent operations platforms. • Manage product integration with the JLL Smart Building Platform/Intelligent Operations Center and global data‑center operations. • Lead research and development of robotics applications within workplace‑management operations. • Evaluate, recommend, and implement automation solutions to enhance delivery, operations, and analytics capabilities. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for customer‑facing platforms, including APIs, developer consoles, billing systems, and portals (e.g., Supermicro Supercloud integration). • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver products that integrate seamlessly with CMMS, ticketing, and security ecosystems.
