About the Role

Reporting to regional HR, the manager leads the hiring of experienced staff across the Turner geography, shaping company culture and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives while acting as a trusted advisor to local management. The role involves partnering with regional HR and operations teams to define talent acquisition goals, ensure compliance with legal and policy requirements, and deliver performance feedback and appraisals for the regional TA team. • Drive company culture, values, and continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. • Champion and support Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) activities across the organization. • Serve as trusted advisor to local management, providing TA best‑practice guidance. • Define regional TA goals, promote efficiency, ensure legal and policy compliance. • Deliver timely performance feedback and conduct appraisals for the regional TA team. • Design, develop, and implement D&I programs to attract diverse applicant pools. • Establish TA best practices and facilitate candidate sharing across TA teams company‑wide. • Research market trends, build external talent networks, and engage passive candidates. • Source, screen, interview, and negotiate compensation packages in coordination with HR/Operations. • Manage the Experienced Tracking System (ETS) to support internal mobility and transfers. • Develop and share best‑practice methods for social media sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter usage. • Produce reports and metrics on job activity, candidate flow, and hiring trends for leadership. • Manage external sourcing vendors, including selection, negotiation, and contract terms. • Provide subject‑matter expertise and training on TA processes and interviewing techniques.

What You Bring
