About the Role

The Assembler position is located in Largo, FL, working the second shift (Monday‑Friday, 3:30 PM – 12 AM) on a full‑time basis. Compensation includes $17.16 per hour with shift differential, benefits, and overtime opportunities. This role involves building high‑quality air‑conditioning units in a fast‑paced, safety‑first environment with room for advancement. • Assemble air‑conditioning units using hand and power tools • Follow blueprints and engineering drawings to build subassemblies and final products • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area • Inspect parts for defects and report issues • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals • Identify ways to streamline processes and support continuous improvement • Use basic computer tools (Excel, Word) to track production and inventory

What You Bring
