About the Role

The role involves planning, laying out, and performing all types of carpentry work in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards, while also assisting in other crafts as appropriate to training and skill level. • Maintain positive working relationships with crew members • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively at all times • Ensure necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement • Inspect subordinates' work, address deficiencies, and take corrective action • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, and unnecessary material handling • Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and safety standards • Effectively use all trade tools and equipment • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and conditions • Climb and balance on steel/wood frameworks, ladders, and scaffolds • Lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs occasionally • Navigate confined, cluttered, and uneven work areas

What You Bring
