About the Role
• Perform moderate portions of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects under guidance of senior engineers. • Gather and correlate engineering data using established procedures. • Conduct design calculations, prepare technical memoranda, and develop contract documents such as specifications and drawings. • Propose solutions for novel problems by adapting standard methods from prior assignments. • Provide guidance and mentorship to entry‑level engineers. • Execute work within agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision. • Independently complete primary design elements for engineering works.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or related field and 4+ years of relevant experience; valid driver’s license. • Preferred: Master’s degree, 6+ years experience, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and coursework or internship focused on water/wastewater. • Strong detail orientation, multitasking ability, and excellent oral and written communication. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and active participation in professional societies.
